1. About Homeowner Helper

Homeowner Helper operates an online platform designed to help connect homeowners submitting home service requests with independent contractors who may review, purchase, and respond to those requests (“Leads”).

Homeowner Helper does not perform home improvement or repair services. Contractors using the Platform are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the services they provide.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree that all information you submit is accurate and that you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.


3. Homeowner Requests

By submitting a request, homeowners understand and agree:

• Request details may be shared with contractors for the purpose of reviewing or purchasing the Lead

• Contractors may contact you by phone call, text message, or email regarding your request

• Homeowner Helper does not guarantee contractor responses, pricing, availability, or completed work


4. Contractor Accounts and Responsibilities

Contractors may register for access to the Platform. Approval may be required. Access may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

Contractors agree to:

• Provide accurate and current business information

• Use homeowner information solely to respond to submitted requests

• Not resell, distribute, or misuse Lead data

• Comply with all applicable laws, licensing rules, and communication regulations


5. Leads, Purchases, and Payments

A “Lead” typically includes homeowner-submitted contact details and project information.

Contractors acknowledge:

• Lead pricing may vary and may change

• Purchasing a Lead does not guarantee any specific outcome

• Payments are processed through third-party providers

• Payment methods may be securely stored to facilitate future purchases


6. Unpurchased Leads

If a Lead is not purchased within a designated timeframe, Homeowner Helper may notify the homeowner with updates or next-step information.


7. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications

• Use Platform data for unrelated marketing or solicitation

• Attempt to bypass Platform rules or security measures

• Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform

Homeowner Helper may use proprietary systems, campaigns, and processes. These materials may not be copied or reused without written permission.


8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, designs, and functionality are owned by Homeowner Helper or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


9. Communications Consent (SMS & Calls)

By accepting these Terms and providing a phone number through the Platform, you expressly consent to receive communications from Homeowner Helper related to your request, account activity, scheduling, updates, and customer support.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Help

Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@homeownerhelper.com.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other permitted communications.

Use of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers and consent records are used solely for Platform-related communications. We do not sell or share SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.


10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Homeowner Helper makes no guarantees regarding contractor performance, pricing, availability, or results. Contractors are independent parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeowner Helper is not liable for disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from contractor services or third-party interactions.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms were violated or if use of the Platform poses risk to users or operations.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
